CURRENT ISSUE: The Wyoming Public Service Commission (PSC) is considering a change to how consumers in co-op served communities buy their power. The proposed change would allow new, large energy users operating in co-op territories to buy their power outside of the co-op system. This is an unfair policy that will not be available to everyone, just a small number of the biggest buyers of electricity. This would shift the cost of maintaining the local grid to smaller businesses and families in your community.
Comment online to oppose setting separate rules that favor only the biggest power users at the expense of everyone else, which runs counter to Wyoming values.
