The Outage Web Map is a general online depiction of the township areas in the PRECorp service territory being affected by a recent power outage. To the right of the outage map is a summary chart of the number of meters that are affected by any current outage. The Outage Map might not reflect all current outages due to the volume of data being processed.
Use theSmartHub link or download the app on your phone. When the app is personalized to your account, you can report outages anytime, anywhere using the SmartHub system.
