There are two major grassroots programs for the members of Powder River Energy Corporation. Each program is designed to keep you informed of the political and regulatory activities at the state and federal level which directly impact your electric cooperative.

START HERE. P.L.A.N. is the PRECorp Local Action Network. This program has been in existence for a number of years, but we are ramping up our presence. Join your neighbors and join us so that your one voice can become many. Talk directly to local and federal legislators on issues that affect you and PRECorp.

The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) administers the new Cooperative Action Network, giving cooperative members a national platform to guide national energy policy. Member will be able to communicate with our elected leaders and non-partisan government officials to promote common sense ideas that preserve affordable electricity in a way that protects public health and the environment without burdensome regulations.
