Powder River Energy Corporation prepares and files two types of reports for the Wyoming Public Service Commission for all major, minor and sustained service interruptions. The Form 13 report is a quarterly summary describing the location, size, duration, and other aspects of all outages for the prescribed three-month period. Major interruptions are those that last longer than two hours for a substation outage, more than 8 hours for at least 25 meters or outages that could threaten public safety or public facilities.
Minor interruptions are those outages that affect from 10 to 24 meters for more than four hours.
The Form 14 report describes all Nonscheduled Major Service Interruptions which last longer than two hours for substation outage, or those that last longer than 8 hours for at least 25 meters.
